Last update wont load

Last week went to update Swarm which I use daily & it will not finish loading. Looks like its done but not. Not sure if I delete the app & reload if it will help or will delete all my stickers, checkins, etc. Emailed support like they said to do & nobody got back to me. Very disappointed for being a long time user of the App. :(
