I miss the original 4Square

Swarm is OK, and still does what was fun about the old 4Square but it just isnt the same. I dont care that badges are now stickers and mayorships are done differently, but I SORELY miss the points game, and it should be noted that Ive used 4Square less than a dozen times since Swarm was introduced. One thing I really dont like is the Select a Place screen. The results never have anything new if Ive checked into lots of places previously and I cannot choose to search by nearest places. In FourSquare it doesnt appear possible to search for just outdoor places or historical/touristy spots.
All in all... A long way to go to be a force as a check-in type app.
